Totally not, our products are carefully tested to meet the safety requirements.

Yes. Our grow light can be used both commercial and indiviual way. If you grow it in your house, as long as your plants get enought lights, water and nutrients they need, you can always well-grow it!

Chip on board (COB) is new technology of LED packaging for LED light engine. In LEDs, multiple LED chips are packed in one module. When the packed module lights up, it looks like a panel. COB uses much less energy but produce much more light than regulat LED.

LEDs are up to 90% more efficient and last 10 times longer than halogen bulbs.

Even though our LEDs are designed for dry areas, they are water-resistance/water-proof. Small amount of water or moisture have none effect on our LEDs.

On average, LED lights can last for at least 10 years of regular use or 11.000 + hours. Our grow light can be used even longer(more than 50,000 hours).

Within Europe, the shipping of all our products is €10. For shipping outside Europe, the cost is between €15-€20, our customers service will contact you after you placed an order to comfirm the price of shipping to your country.

Please note, for some special citys or areas that are not easy to reach (e.g. some islands areas), shipping company may ask for an extra cost. You will receive a confirmation information from us if this happens.

All orders are processed within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed; payment with credit cards for example depends on the rate at which the credit card company processes the request.

All our products are shipped though FedEx, we will provide a track & trace code for you to follow the shipping procedure. The shipping speed varies with the distance.

Within the Netherlands: ~2 days.

Outside the Netherlands: ~3 days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

During holidays, all shipping processes are delayed by ~2-3 days as FedEx does not pick up any orders on those days. For details on Dutch holidays, please consult the table below.
