Making our customers satisfying is our first goal. When our customers are not happy about their purchase, we are always happy to help them return the products.

Within 14 days after purchase, customers can return the goods back to AmsterdamGrowlight free of charge.

To return your products, please send an email to info@amsterdamgrowlight.com, telling us your wish to return, please also mention your order number.

After receive your email, we will send the return address in email. Please send back the lamp with the original package to us. After we receive the package the payment will be refunded back to the same account as you made your payment.

Please help keep the products as new as possible so we can still sell them. If the products are heavily damaged or not complete, Amsterdam Growlight has the right to refuse the return or charge a service fee.
